With more than 14 years in Human Resources management, Damali Orozco knows a thing or two about the mind and habits of the modern American worker. It’s that experience that she leans on as she works to mold workers into the kinds of employees that become leaders within her organization

At home, she plays mom to three boys – her husband (whom she says acts like a big kid) and her two sons, who are and three and five-year-old balls of energy.

When she’s not mentoring the new crop of P&G employees, Orozco can be found poolside or on the golf course.

A native of North Miami Beach, Fla., Orozco says that a very early age she learned to embrace the vibrant cultures of South Florida and witnessed tons of international tourists flock to the area which has broadened her perspective on life.

Orozco says she loves being in Albany because she’s only a five-hour drive from her family in central Florida and she’s excited to be in this year’s class of Leadership Albany!
